I'm back from the SHINS Mid Valley Evolution Party where they launched their brand new Mid Valley flagship store in style! when I say style I really mean it! they have celebrities, media, champagne, chocolate desserts, Delicious food and cameras flashing everywhere! I got to sign on the "board of fame" too! (feel like celebrity also haha). The dress code is Orange Dream and almost everyone wore orange here even me!

Celebrity MC Goh Wee Ping introduced the party to the guests when it started. There were stars and celebrities like Amber Chia, Steven Yap, Soo Wincci, Miss Malaysia's 1st runner up 2008 Cindy Chen, Amazing Race Asia 2 winners Pamela and Vanessa, Project Superstar winner Johnson Wee, Star Jackie Lim and more at this party. Media guests from Blu Inc & ACP Magazines were there too (saw Cleo Beauty Editor Stephanie! hehe). The only two bloggers present were me and Cia Wei. We were so happy to be here! (and lucky too!). We feast our eyes on the wide range of products at SHINS and trying on products from the hair care to the body care section, with a goal in mind "what should we buy!".

The highlights of this event besides the store launch are the promotions offered for the guests and customers of SHINS. On this special day, the first 200 customers to visit SHINS Mid Valley at 2pm will get a RM10 cash voucher to purchase anything in the store. Also those who won the Facebook contest (20 winners) who gave in suggestions on drinks to serve received a hearty RM10 voucher and a Kings & Queens shower gel! (actual size!). Customers also received free SHINS membership with purchase of RM250 above (normally RM1k to get foc membership or RM10 application fee with min purchase of RM50) and a cosmetic pouch. What's the benefits of becoming a member? Yearly rebates, special savings, priority updates, birthday surprises and point redemption!

At 2pm, I was still trying to figure out what to redeem and buy and it's then that my friends came along to get the RM10 voucher and collect their Facebook prizes! ReplyDeleteHey i was googling Shins membership program and found this post. 1k in single receipt to get free mship? Seriously?? Haha clearly it doesnt work! I just signed up today, spent barely rm200 then rm10 for the 2year m.ship.
ReplyDeleteI thought we'll get rebate on birthday. Thats what the sa told me. =( Oh well they seriously need to be more generous coz there are many other brands out there with better loyalty programs. ;-)
