Olay Regenerist Week 5: The Bridesmaid

Never in my life did I foresee myself being a bridesmaid. What is a bridesmaid anyway? did it come with a tag? what should I wear and how should I look? Looking into the mirror, my skin just wasn't the same anymore. I was a bit depressed knowing that many photos would be taken on the wedding day, many photos of me since I was going to be the bridesmaid. The last thing I would want is to look old, haggard and dull beside the bride.

My only options were maybe to hide my face, decline the bridesmaid position or to shoot the photographers down (just kidding). No need to be so drama right, I had like 1 month plus to get ready so I thought why not just give Olay Regenerist a try. No harm trying the 6 weeks challenge and I even had a reader to do it with me which was a great team motivation. Which also turned out to be a good thing because between taking care of the bride, juggling the paparazzis (photographers, cameraman), wedding guests and keeping a cheerful smile amidst all the chaos was tough!

Did I mention we stayed from morning till night? We arrived about 7am in the morning. The bride was getting make up done and the make up artist told us bride's make up is the most important and different compare to ours. It took nearly 2 hours to finish and the bride looked so beautiful. When it was our turn to make up, the make up artist said our skin was good and we didn't need  heavy foundation. She's going to lightly powder our faces and make our eyes smoky to compliment our glowing skin. We told her we are using Olay Regenerist so we couldn't help but have nice skin on this day. Camie asks if we can have discount on the make up service since she didn't spend much time on our face!!! (make up artist laugh). Make up artist thought we were using the Olay Total Effect, white  bottle.

I told the make up artist we are using the red ones (Olay Regenerist) and has 3 key products - two moisturizer (one for day, other for night) and one serum. "Use this no need go facelift operation*" I said to her. Why she asked? what's so different from other anti aging skincare. It was a fun but tiring day and I can't wait to see the wedding photos! I wonder if I could use the Olay Regenerist on other parts of my body besides my face. Say my arms which I have been neglecting! there's signs of aging already - yellowness, poor skin texture, brown spots, and really dull looking (yikes).
