Let's talk about our crushes. Cherry's a sweet smelling light gel tint while Pom's a kinda strong fruity smell with a reddish gel tint. I'm suprise that after blending, both are almost similar in giving the flush effect. Pom might be slighlty purplish red while Cherry is blushing light red. One thing that I don't fancy about these cheek & lip tints is that you can't leave it too long on your skin or it may well tint your hand (see the above pic, I left the tints on to take picture, after blending the tint mark is there). Packaging wise, Cherry looks sweet n girly with the pattern all over it. I hope this gives u an idea between Cherry or Pom :)

*tip: Apply over n over again to achieve a darker shade. Try pushing the gel tint on your hand before blending it on your face to avoid "tint marks".

AMBP Star Trek Movie Preview

It's confirmed. I am invited to the AMBP Star Trek event this Friday at 1utama. Also I will be joining the Blogger's Interview session at Studio V! so exciting but I feel so exhausted now with so many things to keep track off besides my work. Anyway I will be watching the movie on Friday so I will not watch the Tuesday's movie preview with my readers. I am still sending and waiting confirmation from some girls about it. Spaces are limited so I am trying my best to accomodate everyone.

Ok don't be alarmed, I just got a sms by Stila KLCC regretting that stocks can't be released for sale today as Parkson need to price it before reaching counter for sale. My Mom the Stila Fan

So is that me or is that someone who looks like me? well you will be surprised, it's my mom and she's =_= sigh younger, sexier looking than me (arrghh). A lot of people would think she's my sister, big sister. If she's my big sister, i must be the nerdo outcast younger sister in the bunch. There now u know who's my mom and why she's a big fan of Stila. She was the one who infected me with Stila fever. I still remember it was Stila's Launching event at KLCC few years back and she brought back home these cool looking cliky lip glaze in grapefruit, foundation powder and cool eyeshadow palettes! In the picture, she's actually wearing Stila make up! Today she called me and was like "hey why not yet put my pics on ur blog???" ah this is mom so wants to show off her Stila make up. She's asked me to buy her more mascara (she uses make up like in a month and it's gone) so that's why I bought a lot of Stila products, it's not just for me but for dear mom too. Before she hang up, she was telling me she saw the beautiful eyeshadow colors on my blog and she wants it. Yeah she's talking about the pearl palette and I so have to get one for her now!

Don't be surprised that she's actually studying degree now in Melbourne and going to graduate soon. Speaking about mascaras, I bought this from Stila KLCC last week for mom. It's the latest convertible mascara from Stila that uses the "tube" technology. What's the "tube" thingy I'm talking about? well it's some kind of tube that encases your lashes making them longer and more defined. They're also smudge proof and water proof, you can use just warm water to remove this mascara! amazing I have never heard of the "tube" technology before. A Review will come out soon when I have the time :D

I showed some girls my lip gloss and demo on their hand. It's definitely not a let down for the lip balm & vanilla lovers. If you're looking for a dramatic shade, you can always apply after your lipstick shade for a touch of shimmery luscious glamour.

Movie Review The Unborn

Ok this is the second movie review on a "horror/ghost" movie. You might be wondering why Miu is watching so many stupid horror ghost films. Well that's easy because I watched almost all the good shows and these are the ones left to watch when I was waiting for the jam to subside at KLCC after Stila Stalkings. Yah, u think rushing to work to go Stila counters is easy and coming back from KL is a piece of cake? no sireee.. u gotta wait for the jam to be over so the taxi's won't hike the fare to get u home. These "taxi" men are so notorious in KL. One of them even dared to charge me rm40 just to go home from KLCC to Mont Kiara! I slammed the door in his face, was so dam piss off.

Back to the movie. Unborn is another crap horror movie that wasted my time. Well it's just like any pseudo-exorcism movie story. It started like any other you, happy life, suddenly things change and u suspect something horrible, a being from the underworld trying to get you or your life. You find ways to get rid of it, and eventually will try exorcism by some Pastor or voodoo guy. Bla end of story. Yes this kind of movie is so easy to predict HOHOHOHO.

The only thing i notice about the actress in the movie is, she's such a tall pretty girl in each and every scene it makes u think this is not a horror movie but a modelling-horror-movie. Walking around in her undies makes her stand out too. I can hear guys in the cinema going "OH OH OH!!!". Guys.. cheh.

I rate this 2 out of 5.

Movie Review: The Uninvited

I watched this movie on Friday night and was expecting something a little more different from what I bargained for after seeing the trailer. I do like the young actresses in the movie, they have very nice skin I must say! I thought this was a ghost film but you will be suprised at the ending! sorry to spoil it huhu. Don't waste your time on it, it's just another "GOT U THERE DIDN'T I?" movie. Rent a DVD and save your money on Transformers 2.

This little girl just got out of a mental hospital as she was traumatized by her mother's death. Apparently she attempted to suicide so that's how she landed in that hospital. When the doctor says she could go home, she was so happy and all. Her dad pick her up and only to spoil the whole mood when she arrived home seeing their "nurse" who took care of their sick and dying mother welcoming her back like a new slut (pardon my language, that's the best way to describe her).


Well then her big sister Alex is also in on the "hate the new dad's gf" political party and they go on to investigate how their mom died in the freak fire accident, bla bla bla and there was scenes of "ghosts" haunting her. Her crush is a handsome young man who also died after "trying to tell her about something". OMY Dad's GF is a whoring murderer out to get them too (obvious from the trailer).

AND HOLAH!
by the end of the movie it's like the "Sixth Sense". By this everything u have seen or know about the movie is utter bullshiat and there's no ghosts. There was a lot of sound effects and "flashes of ghosts" to freak your date out but it's all meaningless bull once the movie end.

HOHOHO so are u going to watch? she did get rid of her dad's gf after all, which I am quite happy about. I rate this 2 out of 5 for OMG u got me there.
