- 1/2 bowl of hot Water
- 2 spoonful of Sugar
- 4 Kiwis
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice (2 Lemons)
Smash your kiwis with a spatula or your hand. I used my clean hands to smash them into pulp. Then pour in lemon juice and sugar water. Stir again and pour mixture into ice-bar mold, put in the freezer for about 6 hours. Any excess you can pour into ice making trays to create kiwi ice, to drink with 7-up or Sprite!
