i won 2 tix from fly fm
I watched the movie preview of "The Day The Earth Stood Still" yesterday at Cathay Cineleisure, Mutiara Damansara (won 2 tickets from Fly.Fm). Hmm I thought it would be a really good movie, full with special effects, thundering sound effects and well Keanu Reeves being la matrix style alien. However the movie leaves me feeling numb. I don't know why. Perhaps I have seen a lot of alien invasion for the good or bad of mankind type movies and this one just don't kick it anymore. Well I basically have nothing interesting to say about this movie, if it wasn't for Keanu Reeves this movie would be so boring.
Rating it 2/5 stars just because mankind are evil let's kill them or give them a chance to change a.k.a earth day story.
Jamie... the original one was more of a mind one that you were supposed to experience in how it made you feel and think! and I believe this was supposed to be kind of the same where it is supposed to be one of those wow I never thought of that!
