Air Asia Free Seats

Today marks the first day of the Air Asia Free Seats promotion until 15th February, 09. Travel from 12 Oct onwards till 31st January, 2010. I've been trying to book my tickets since morning and manage to get it done after lunch. The website is horribly slow & u get time out at the most desperate stage (while ur payment is being processed). Who knows if your payment actually went through? I remembered my dad was charged 6 times for a flight booking which he kept making because -TIME OUT- in the website. Mutiple calls to AirAsia prove unsuccessful with the staff even asking for details like credit card no., expiry date and the last 3 digits as well! (so suspicious =_=). Final attempt was they told us to head to AirAsia HQ to do our refund complaint. I don't even know if my dad did go as he's staying in Port Klang and after months of unsuccessful phone calls. U know what Air Asia says? "streamyx problem" not their problem.

Well today after trying numerous time to SELECT, BOOK & PAY the flight, I manage to get it done *phew*. Do u know how CHEAP it is? It's only RM360 for a Return Flight to Melbourne per pax! I booked for my sister & brother to go visit my mom there. Of course it's not inclusive of Meals, Baggage & Seat charges yet which we will do later lah.
