ReplyDeletei can't guarantee for shu uemura, but definitely u are able to redeem via following all the instructions on the coupon! today i did a test drive, print it out to buaya wing, n follow her go to shu uemura 1utama. They did a demo on her hand n explain to her everything about the cleansing oil n how to use. After that they give the 20ml sample.
ReplyDeleteToday I went all the way 60km to KLCC try to redeem the samples,with my bare face and messy hair,coz I was on late night job yesterday.I was at the Parkson counter and showing the SA the coupon.She didn't seems to know about this sample redeem thing coz she was reading the coupon in details and gave me that skeptical look. After finished reading,she told me:hmm.. I'm sorry we don't have the stock here. Then she turned away from me and arranged her product.I was so pissed and asked her again:well then,since u don't have the brightening cleansing oil,can u give me samples of other cleansing oil coz i'm eager to try out.(it's in my next month shopping list if everything gone smooth..)She answered:sorry,our samples only give if u purchase items.Another customer drop by the counter and she quickly walked to her.I was left there "freezing" with the feeling of humiliation.Just becoz I didn't wear a Dior watch and carry an LV bag,so she only sees me as a beggar is it??..

omg... that's the thing with Shu Uemura counters, most of the time they don't know what's going on with the promotions! I kena b4 few times, like u I was really upset. I will highlight this to the boutique manager, can u email me your details & contact?
