Dear participants, I know you're eagerly waiting for me to announce but sadly the last judge from Shu Uemura which I have been chasing to give me his votes from February until now did not come back to me. I think he might be outstation or somewhere. I will find a replacement T_T *sob sob* as I do not want to be the judge for this contest. Heartache seeing all the good entries and don't want to be bias. Please give me some more time I will get this done asap.
