    I've completed the form few days back, but I didnt get any email from them. So I just need to visit the shop directly?

      I checked with OnlyBeauty already and we cannot go redeem yet, need to wait for confirmation first.

    I can not use pc go web only beauty as Kena virus... but check I register web forgot time detail I put right o x so long no sign in

      according to OnlyBeauty FB Operations Manager, she say cannot go redeem yet until get confirmation.
