Hamley's is opening in 1Utama this 30th Nov
Everyone is talking about the next big thing to happen in the Klang Valley, particularly at 1Utama, my second home (it's practically next door to me). I wish I was a kid again because this next big thing is a toy shop all the way from the U.K! It's quite a big news because everyone is talking about it and going wow and woah! I didn't know about Hamleys until I joined the media meet up session with Kim Manaf the managing director of GRV Toy Store at Delicious 1Utama last Wednesday.
I can't wait to see Hamleys open in 1Utama on 30th Nov, 2013. Kim Manaf was telling us all about this dream to have families and children coming into a toy store and seeing it come to life. The closes thing I could imagine what he was describing was Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. Of course who can forget Home Alone's magical toy store experience too? See trains go choo choo, giant bears greeting you, play with the race track, take picture with the London Bus! Christmas is going to be amazing at 1Utama in Hamleys!
The best part? The first 500 shoppers will receive an Angry Bird card games worth RM20.90 on the opening day. There will be Ben 10 Bloxx character walkabout and free popcorn sampling. Buy a Transformer Beast Hunter Deluxe (RM59.90) and get a free Best Hunter Legion (RM24.90). Purchase a Playskool Step Start Walk & Ride (RM149.90) and receive a free Spiderman Vehicle (RM59.90).

Hamleys is located at Lot F319, 1st floor, 1 Utama Shopping Mall 10am - 10pm daily (old MPH).

Oh man Toys R Us is going to have some serious competition! Nothing beats UK Toy Shop atmosphere haha.
