Last month, Bath and Body Works launched their newest addition to their Signature Collection called “Love and Sunshine” that’s guarantee to make you smile just like their tagline “Smell the Happy”. The fresh and playful fragrance is a bright, happy blend of the juiciest fruits, brightest blooms and most cheerful cirtrus. It’s happiness in a bottle and I was happy all month long, showering, scrubbing myself silly.

To describe the scent, it was more fruity happy than floral happy. I don’t know why Bath and Body Works designed their package to look like sunny flowers. It’s really yellow which I do understand it’s associated with being happy but the flower? There’s nothing flowery about the fragrance. It was juicy happy fruits imho. Here’s the fragrance notes:

Top: Pear Blossom, Mara Strawberry, Juicy Kiwi, Sweet Lemon, Honeydew Melon

Mid: Sunkissed Daisies, Lily of the Valley, Golden Honeysuckle

Dry: Coconut Orchid, Amber Woods, Cedar Wood, Sunshine Musk

The Signature Collection comes with a shower gel, body lotion, fine fragrance mist, shimmer mist, body cream, body scrub, bubble bath, EDT and EDP fragrance.

BTW, I love the fragrance so much that I went back last Saturday to stock up more shower gels. I like the scrub too but for RM80, I wasn’t going to swipe my card for that. I am not a big fan on body lotions, in our Malaysian weather, it just seems tacky. When I was in Melbourne, I used body lotion like nobody’s business. The weather there was dry, cold and well really dry. My skin was peeling and tight. It was horrible. Now that I’m back in Kuala Lumpur, I find myself showering more than once a day.

The fragrance mist, which I have, is great (only for that hour). If I really like this scent on me, I would have to go for EDT or EDP.

It’s official, of all the Bath & Body Works collection; I am in love with the Love and Sunshine the most. I am so going to restock on more shower gels when I get my salary from their latest store in Mid Valley Megamall. I just wish they open one in 1 Utama soon.
