Last Thursday was epic, no legendary. That's what Barney Stinson would say if he attended the grand launching of NARS latest boutique at Mid Valley in a star studded party at Mid Valley Megamall. The party was held right smacked in the middle of the mall, with lights, canapés, free flow of champagne and drinks for invited guests made up of stars, celebrities, media and vips. Anyone who is anybody would be here. It was the party of the century which NARS has always put up a good party. One of the best from my experience.

As NARS Founder & Creative Director Francois NARS would say "Anything Less Than Audacious Is Boring" and NARS went on to put out a fabulous performance by none other than Hunny Madu, follow by a duo act with Najwa and the finale, a powerful trio with Dayang singing "I'll be there". They brought down the house and everyone was cheering.

The host of the night, handsome Henry Golding kept the girls in check with his funny but charming opening. A fashion show featuring the latest collection from NARS with models cat walking around with the signature NARS red lips vowed our hearts. It was a night to remember. Don't believe me? Of course, I wore my little black dress thanks to Arpita. I turned her black pencil skirt into a body hugging tube dress paired with a summer fling (kimono) along with bling bling sandals (I had a bad knee injury last year so I can't wear heels anymore *sobs*). Because it was NARS, I went full metal armour on my make up. Nevertheless to say, I was smoking hot even for me.

Congratulations NARS MALAYSIA for the launch of your latest boutique in Mid Valley. May you have many more great parties, collections and lipsticks to die for. To end this, I'll quote NARS Founder & Creative Director Francois NARS again with "Don't be so serious, it's only make up!".
