  • BOH Introduces BOH CHAM

    9.13.2015

let's play masak masak with BOH

to create a yummy new drink together

and not gain weight from drinking it!
(Stevia is a natural sweetener with zero calories)

If you haven't heard, BOH came up with another sensational creation to keep their fans excited. By combining two of Malaysian favourite drinks; the Teh Tarik and the White Coffee into one authentic Malaysian drink called BOH Cham. Forget asking for Teh Tarik kurang manis as well because you won't need to worry about the calories with BOH Cham as it's formulated with a natural sweetener known to weight watchers as Stevia.

P.S: If you're wondering about the posters, I did the posters to show what's BOH CHAM haha.

Another BOH product that uses Stevia is the BOH 3-in-1 Less Sugar. Stevia Leaf extract is a pure plant extract that is naturally sweet with zero calories which makes it safe for consumption by adults and children.

BOH Cham and BOH 3in1 Less Sugar are priced at RM14.30 for 12 sachets and RM19.90 for 18 sachets respectively. Available at supermarkets in sachets so its easy for you to make at home, office or on the go, chillaxing on a break enjoying the perfect blend of the Teh Tarik aroma and robust taste of the White Coffee.

BOH chams it's fans with a bone tickling commercial

    Cham your way anywhere

The fusion of both Malaysian favourites, if you don't know yet what's Teh Tarik, White Coffee and especially the natural sweetener Stevia, here's what makes BOH Cham, Cham-ing!
    • Teh tarik is a hot milk tea beverage which can be commonly found in restaurants, outdoor stalls and kopi tiams within the Southeast Asian countries of Malaysia and Singapore. Wikipedia
    • Ipoh ‘white’ coffee is a popular coffee drink which originated in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The coffee beans are roasted with palm oil margarine, and the resulting coffee is served with condensed milk. Wikipedia
    • Stevia is a sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana. Wikipedia

BOH CHAM Party with media & bloggers

Drinking my first BOH CHAM at BOH's BOH CHAM PARTY in conjunction with Malaysia's 58th Merdeka celebration. I could feel the "Malaysian" colours overflowing at the party with my fellow friends along with the media in witnessing how BOH translates BOH CHAM into the average Malaysian. With games such as Cham the Sentences in Bahasa, Chinese & English to create awesome slogans; and Cham your Rojak to make our very own rojak dish (a Malaysian favourite mix fruit salad) everyone had fun celebrating our uniqueness together cheering to a cup of BOH CHAM.

BOH’s Head of Marketing and Export, Chen Chaw Chang said:

The BOH CHAM Party highlights the uniqueness of being part of such a mixed heritage. We want people to appreciate their Malaysian identity and BOH CHAM is an example of our love to CHAM things together. The Teh Tarik and White Coffee fusion depicts our diversity as a nation. From our variety of food to our distinctive cultures, we have learned to appreciate and embrace all things CHAM.”

I guess I know what CHAM means now. It's probably Hokkien for MIX? hence the inspiration behind the BOH CHAM PARTY, BOH CHAM being uniquely Malaysia and the spirit of MERDEKA. I'm just guessing *drinks BOH CHAM* gulp gulp Happy Merdeka and Happy Malaysia Day this coming 16th September, 2015 readers!.
