    whimsy jars in progress

    Outgoing April Bottle Whimsy

The next time you think about throwing away your jars, think "whimsy jars". Yes these fabulous whimsy jars i googled are so kawaii!! (cute). Whoever though that our jars could be recycle into something so artistic and creative? filled with cute stuffs to be given as gifts, jars of surprises and they even make great pictures for keepsakes. I'm so going to keep all my jars now. Who needs to buy wrapping paper & gift boxes with these?

    1. Jamie is afraid that most of them have gone for canning which is funny to say become the stuff you get ready goes into glass jars called sealers! love the little item with the Canadian maple leaf the good old red and white! Some real cute buttons, hearts, butterfly as well as every little nick knack thing one would need. Sure beats digging in a drawer or some old tin! The only thing is I would be afraid to have them broken if trying to send them to another But the see through is such a great idea!

    2. i have long have a certain liking for things glasses, be it jars, plates, glasses, bottles.

something about see through and bio-friendlier than plastics and more lasting AND don't contribute any taste to anything stored inside, i use bottles where feasible and avoided plastics. i even used my 500 ml slim wine bottle to store my himalaya salts and it looked decorative!!
